1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing freshfleet.ph or any FreshFleet application, you agree to these Terms. FreshFleet Technologies operates under Philippine law. These Terms constitute a binding electronic agreement under RA 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act of 2000).
2. Description of Service
FreshFleet is a technology-enabled marketplace connecting customers with independent third-party laundry shops ("Partner Shops") and independent delivery riders ("Riders"). FreshFleet does not own laundry equipment, employ Partner Shop staff, or directly provide laundry services. FreshFleet facilitates bookings, coordinates logistics, and processes payments on behalf of all parties.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. FreshFleet may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
4. Booking and Orders
Orders placed through the platform constitute a service agreement between the customer and the Partner Shop, facilitated by FreshFleet. Final charges are confirmed at pickup after weighing. Customers or their designated representatives must be available at pickup and delivery.
5. Pricing and Payment
Laundry service rates are set by each Partner Shop and displayed at booking. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and shown at checkout before order confirmation. All payments are processed through PayMongo, a BSP-regulated processor. Accepted methods: GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, cash-on-delivery (first two orders only). Prices are in Philippine Peso (₱). Electronic receipts are issued via SMS or email, fulfilling RA 8792 requirements.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders cancelled more than 30 minutes before scheduled pickup: no charge. Cancellations within 30 minutes of pickup window: ₱50 cancellation fee. Service failures (damaged items, lost laundry, incorrect processing): refund processed within 5–7 business days. FreshFleet's maximum liability per incident is limited to the value of affected items, not exceeding ₱5,000, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Partner Shop and Rider Status
Partner Shops and Riders are independent contractors, not FreshFleet employees. FreshFleet is not liable for their acts or omissions beyond what is recoverable through FreshFleet's internal dispute resolution. FreshFleet may remove Partner Shops or Riders for quality or policy violations.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not: use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; transact directly with Partner Shops or Riders to circumvent platform fees; submit false or defamatory content; attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform; use the platform in connection with any activity that violates Philippine law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology are owned by FreshFleet Technologies and protected under RA 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines). The FreshFleet name, double-F logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, FreshFleet's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 30 days preceding any claim. FreshFleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by the appropriate courts of Cebu City, Philippines. Users may also file complaints with the DTI under RA 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).
12. Amendments
FreshFleet may modify these Terms at any time with notice via email or app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
