The Opportunity.
The Problem
Urban Filipino workers — especially the 68% in dual-income households — have no time or infrastructure for laundry. Laundromats operate entirely on walk-in cash, have no digital presence, and can't grow beyond their physical walls. No funded competitor has solved this in Cebu.
The Gap
Grab does not offer laundry as a dedicated vertical. Rinse and Laundryheap have never entered Southeast Asia. FreshFleet is first — asset-light, purpose-built for the Philippine informal economy, and GCash-native from day one.
Phase 1 (Months 1–3) — Cebu City Pilot
5 partner shops, 10 riders, 200 waitlist customers. Target: 50 orders/day.
Phase 2 (Months 4–9) — Cebu Scale

Your rider weighs your laundry at pickup and confirms the final price in the app before washing begins. Delivery is charged separately based on your distance from the shop. You approve the total before we proceed — no hidden charges, ever.
FreshFleet's standard turnaround is within 24 hours from the time your rider picks up your laundry. Most morning orders are washed, folded, and ready for return delivery by evening. During high-volume periods or for larger loads, turnaround may extend to 24–48 hours. Your app notifies you at every stage — pickup confirmed, washing in progress, out for delivery — so you always know where your laundry is.
Yes. Every rider is OTP-verified and background-checked. Every partner shop is FreshFleet-vetted before going live. Your laundry is tagged individually and never mixed with another customer's order. Every pickup and delivery is photo-logged.
GCash, Maya, Visa, and Mastercard — all processed securely through PayMongo. Cash-on-delivery is also available for your first two orders.
